How to apply for a Vietnam work permit online
The online application process has three simple steps:

First, visit the Public Service Portal website for the province or city where you will work. Some common portals:

- Enter foreign worker information
- Click “Continue” when done.
- Upload documents: You need to upload:
- Work permit request form (Form No. 11/PLI)
- Health certificate (valid for 12 months)
- Criminal record check (issued within 6 months)
- Two 4x6cm photos with white background
- Copy of valid passport
