- This is an important change in Decree 219/2025/ND-CP: If a yoga teacher applies as a technical worker, you must write “work field” according to Vietnam’s Level 3 Job List, not “job title” like before
- Example:
- The work field must be written exactly as “Health consultant” with code 3259.01 according to the current Level 3 job list
- This is completely different from writing “yoga teacher” or “yoga instructor” like before. Businesses must look up the exact job code to avoid mistakes that could get the application rejected when sending through the National Public Service Portal
About processing time: Processing time starts when the office officially receives your papers, not when you send them to the Public Service Portal. This helps avoid confusion about deadlines.
