How to fill in each part of the foreign worker Form No.01/PLI
The explanation form for foreign labor needs comes from Decree 70/2023/ND-CP. Here’s how to fill it out:
- (1), (5) Write the name of the government office that will receive your form – either the Ministry of Internal Affairs or your local Provincial Department.

- Why these Vietnamese applicants weren’t suitable

- Use the correct version of Form No.01/PLI from Decree 70/2023/ND-CP.
- Include all company information in order: business type, number of employees, address, contact details, business license information, and who is submitting the form.
